INGREDIENTS (and why we included them):

L-citrulline - A natural vasodilator that increases blood flow and nitric oxide production.

Sodium Chloride (sea salt) - Helps maintain electrolyte balance, replaces sodium lost through sweat, and improves hydration and blood flow. We used the highest quality sea salt possible, sourced in Utah from an ancient sea bed. 

Potassium - Essential electrolyte that aids in muscle function, nerve function, and maintaining fluid balance.

Magnesium Malate - Supports muscle contraction and relaxation, reduces muscle cramping, and enhances energy production.

N-aceteyl-l-tyrosine - Acts as a precursor to neurotransmitters and dopamine, helping to improve mental clarity, focus, and mood during workouts.

Taurine - Amino Acid with antioxidant properties. Helps reduce muscle wasting, improve endurance, and enhance athletic performance. Also helps with electrolyte balance.

Rhodiola Rosea - Adaptogenic herb that helps with cortisol balance, improves mental performance, and boosts energy levels as well as acetylcholine.

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) - Active form of B12, helps with energy, nerve function, and DNA synthesis. Helps produce red blood cells which deliver oxygen to muscles aiding in grow and repair

Vitamin C - A potent water-soluble vitamin and antioxidant that enhances recovery, endurance, and heart rate by reducing oxidative stress and muscle damage through its antioxidant properties.

Aloe Vera 200: 1 extract - Provides antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that support energy metabolism and reduce oxidative stress. Aloe vera also helps with nutrient absorption by modulating intestinal barriers, thereby increasing the efficacy of other ingredients in the formula.
